KIDS, MEAL IS READY

Not a "delicacy", the traditional Vietnamese meal is a harmony of flavors of rice - fish - vegetables, a symbol of harmony between heaven and earth united.

In the family meal, all dishes must be served at the same time: not only the rich braised meat, but also a bowl of warm soup, then a plate of boiled vegetables and not to be missed is a bowl of fragrant fish sauce with a local flavor.

And most importantly , the meal would not be complete without white rice, cooked from delicious, sweet rice, with a faint rustic flavor of the rice fields.

Vietnamese people do not enjoy each dish separately but look for a harmonious and delicate combination in a tray of rice full of flavor.
